A new shopping mall opened with a cinema on the top three floors. I've been there a few times, and it's one of the nicest move theatres in Daejeon. There seems to have been a lack of proper planning, because beautiful though the building most certainly is, it's all but empty.

The Stargate mall stands tall and proud on one of the main roads of Daejeon.

The escalators work, and people can wonder up to the cinema and look at the stores that are currently open, but what is there seems to merely emphasis all that empty space.
