Dakbokee

Rice noodles, boiled eggs and things the even Sherlock Holmes would have no clue about, swimming in a hot'n'spicey red sauce. Served at street stands throughout Korea. Cheap, and not too unhealthy, unless you eat the fried things they serve (which are as often as not, also unidentifiable)

The Dakbokee lady didn't want her picture taken until I started telling her that it was for my 'oma' who was thousands of miles away in 'yongul'. She was fine with it after that, as she's probably a mother herself, and understands that communication is a good thing.
